Access to information and services helps everyone to become self-sufficient. From family support to volunteering, from transportation options to housing, United Way partners to help each member of the community toward maximum independence and full participation in life.
Assistive technologies such as power wheelchairs, communication devices, lifts, ramps and computers for people with many kinds of physical and neurological disabilities.
Over 800 volunteers will address needs within 100 non-profit community service agencies, educational institutions, governmental offices and licensed health care institutions, as well as individuals in need.
