2. Invite and engage Salina business, civic, church, education, and neighborhood leaders focus efforts. April to May 2009

3. Visit  with neighborhoods, community groups and organizations to share our focus and plans.  June to September 2009

4. Ignite interest in specific benefits and outcomes April to September 2009

5. Network and connect interests with community resources about WE COUNT and the 2010 Census. September 2009 to April 2010

6. Evaluate and follow up on US Post letter Census.  April to September 2010
