WE COUNT Steering Committee Vision:

O1.JPGnce upon a time there was a town called Salina, KS that had a population of 46,140 but had a dream to have a population of more than 50,000 citizens.

So they organized an effort to connect with all available resources to reach a multi-faceted community in order to contact citizens, and not only count them as citizens of Salina, but to be more aware of their needs and the resources that would improve their quality of life.

During the process, the city celebrated its uniqueness, strength and diversity and realized the dream to grow with more business and industry opportunities, as well as establishing new relationships and networks within a broader range of people whereby decisions are made differently.
