Salina, KS – Salina Area United Way is excited to announce a new fundraising event for their organization: Forever Young Prom 2024. Forever Young Prom is a spring pop up bar event taking place on Saturday, April 20th from 10:00pm – 2:00am at YaYa’s Euro Bistro in Salina.
Join Salina Area United Way and YaYa’s for a night out in your best 80’s and tacky prom outfits. YaYa’s Euro Bistro, located at 251 S. Santa Fe in downtown Salina, will be turned into a throwback prom night, filled with decorations, a dance floor and all. Entertainment for the night will include a DJ spinning all the best throwback tunes and a photobooth to capture your memories with other prom attendees.
Tickets for Forever Young are now on sale for $35 a ticket, which includes one themed cocktail and access to a free snack buffet, provided by YaYa’s during the event. Additional themed and original drinks, as well as themed shots, will be available to purchase at the cash bar.
Two silent auction items for this event are up for grabs to the general public and local businesses: a large and small private room for you and your closest friends or coworkers to enjoy VIP treatment throughout the night. The large and private rooms will include a dining area, ticket fees covered for your party, bottle service, a designated server for your group throughout the whole event, personal snacks provided by YaYa’s and a $100 gift card to use for a future dinner at YaYa’s Euro Bistro.
A portion of all ticket sales and 10% of all alcohol sales from the night will go back to Salina Area United Way to support their 2023-2024 Campaign that supports their 13 Funded partners, along with their new Childcare Initiative that is combating the childcare crisis in Saline County.
