Scott has been a Salina resident since the old age of three and graduated from Salina High School South. He has a dual Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Human Resource Management from Kansas State University. Scott holds a SHRM-SCP certification and has been involved in many United Way campaigns and events throughout his career in HR. Scott currently works as the Director of Human Resources for Central Care Cancer Center.
